PULLY SKETCH IDEAS

The new square walk in wardrobe.
I feel it works better with the overall composition.

I tried to 3d print a s spiral staircase for access but the print did not go to plan.

small display case.

Experimenting with wood to create the pulley system.

From a wooden pulley frame to a copper wire one, more tests will be carried out.  I think maybe more strength is needed,

I decided to use a metal frame made by flattening the metal tubing into supports, solder them together and solder copper loops onto it to support the wheels. Soldering was rather tricky as it required allot of time, patience and technique.

A second smaller pulley has been added to increase efficiency.

At the end of the cat walk there will be illuminated boxes that she can view individually at her pleasure.

Next i made the LED circuit for the illuminated boxes.
I put the LED's inside the boxes with the positive and negative feeding out.

I then soldered the wiring to the LED's making sure the positive wire went onto the positive long LED leg and on one box i had placed it the other way round. This was later corrected,
I also spray painted the red wiring silver for effect.

Inside the larger display case.

The top and bottom MDF plates have been cut to size with the threat holed drilled and beveled.
The thread will be tightened at both ends to compress the display case together creating a tight seal.
